At Cart Bliss Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or damaged items (unless received in damaged condition)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
